A fraud repayment plan for Golden Key Depositors - Depositors will get only 10% of their deposits !

Directors of Golden Key Credit Card had forcefully taken the signatures of Golden key depositors with the help of few supporters and finalized an illegal agreement to escape from criminal charges thats being filed against them in courts for playing with depositors funds.

Most of the depositors signatures were taken well before the said agreement was prepared. This is a fraud repayment plan, remaining net asset base of Golden Key running in to approximately Rs. 3bn is inflated to almost Rs. 15 bn with improper justification.

The final approval from relevant authorities is expected for this agreement with the assistance of corrupted bureaucrats some of whom were in the pay list of the so called one time almighty business tycoon and his henchmen.

If the expected repayment plan get succeed, all stakeholders will be legally prevented from taking further legal action to safeguard their legitimate rights against The Golden Key Credit Card Company Limited and/ or any of its subsidiaries/ associates or its directors, present and past.

Unless this proposal is carefully evaluated and rejected, there is no chance for any of the depositors to get more than 10% of their deposits according to legal experts.

It is also learnt that,  its actually not Lalith Kothalawalla who had messed up with Golden Card Deposits, it Karvan Perrera who is the culprit behind this incident. Due to Political ideas of Laith, he too had to take responsibility

Real culprit is Khavan and Saradha Sumanasekara. Saradha transferred funds to his school and his relatives in Itlay.
