Rajasthan Royals 111 for 2 (Watson 49, Dravid 44) beat Kochi Tuskers Kerala 109 (Parthiv 32, Warne 3-16, Trivedi 3-19) by eight wickets.
Kochi were sent to bat first initially by Warne. Kochi looked good until the 3rd over where Laxman was run out. Then onward they lost their way with wickets tumblling at regular interwal. Parthiv patel and Jadeja tried their bast to rescue them but they too struggled later on.
Rajastan finished it off in 14.1 overs with good initial partnership of Watson and Dravid as they new the exact target to be achieved.
It was a pitch prepared with a low bounce in which stroke play looked very difficult which is not what expected in a 20-20 cricket. The IPL Management should take note of this as this was not the first time it was seen in this season. If this continues, the fan base of IPL will be heavily affected.
